A beautiful Waterman Blue Marbled Ideal that is stylized by the Commando. This is in good condition with blemishes to the cap, some micro-scratches to the body, and some bite marks to the barrel end. Overall in very good condition. Gold trim is excellent and shows little wear(mostly to the cap band which still looks great). The clip has deep "Watermans" on it with good tension. The lever is close to perfect and functions flawlessly. Imprints are deep and crisp. The nib is the origina 14k gold Ideal nib, and is smooth with some flex. Writes from a Fine to BB+ when pressure is applied. The smooth gold nib matched with a hard rubber feed for $65 is a STEAL! Not to mention this is in very good overall condition for a vintage pen. Fully restored and ready for a new home! Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements for the pen are: 12.6cm capped, 15.1cm posted, and 11.5cm unposted.
