[SOLD]Swan 1060 #4 Leverless

A very collectible Swan Leverless. There are 3 pens from this Swan series. The 0160/1060/2060. With a #2, #4, #6 nib. I also have the 2060 for sale as well. This series of Leverless was Swan's higher end pen of the time. They write really nice. This particular pen has strong imprints. The barrel imprint and model imprint are deep and crisp, although there are a few scratches and bite marks on the turning knob end. The cap has a beautiful gold plated clip with the Swan motif. No wear to clip itself, but a little wear on the ball. The 3 cap bands have almost no plating left. Swan logo on top of cap has worn away as well. The nib is a nice large #4 size, 14k gold, and is original to the pen. The hard rubber feed has Swan imprinted, and delivers superb ink flow to the flexible nib. Writes a medium unflexed, and flexes nicely to a BB+. Very smooth juicy writer with excellent tipping. No cracks or chips, some minor scratches and a few light bite marks on turning knob end. Has a new sac, and ready for a new owner. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements are: 13.4cm capped, 16cm posted, and 12cm unposted.
