This is a vintage Parker 61 with a working and clean Capillary filler. These were replaced with a later cartridge filler. This is a nice piece of history from Parker. The cap is engraved "61 Parker 61 Made in USA" The 61 is engraved twice before and after Parker. The clip has excellent tension. There is a personalization of "Peter Zao" Cap jewel and end jewel are different colors. The cap jewel is a Dark Grey marble pattern while the end jewel is a Pearly White. The capillary filler has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for new ink. The 14k gold nib writes smooth just like a Parker's 51. Writes a consistent and smooth F/M. The hooded section does have two tiny hairlines at the tip of the hood above the nib. The pen has little surface wear, but no deep scratches or major cracks. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements for the pen are: 13.5cm capped, 14.5cm posted, and 12.5cm unposted.
