These beautiful Ink Vues are rare and scarce. The unique filling mechanism is very vacumatic like and gets near 100% fill. This one is in excellent condition with superb gold trim. Clip has excellent tension. Threads are excellent, and the cap screws on smooth and snug. The ink vue window has excellent visibility allowing easy view of ink supply. Has been recently restored and works like a charm. Imprints are deep and crisp almost like new. The blue stripes on grey marble is absolutely gorgeous to behold. Stepped ends are art deco inspired. A nice full size pen compared to the Lady Patricia Ink Vue I have on offer. The original 14k gold Waterman's Ideal nib is a wonderful semi-flex that writes from a Fine to BB. It's amazingly smooth and perfect for daily writing or some flex for line variation and fancy script. These pens are getting scarcer and scarcer as folks without the proper knowledge try to restore and break them. The whole barrel and section is actually one piece, and the end screws out for access to the mechanism. This pen's butt end can easily be removed with grippy material and unscrewing counter-clockwise, so in the future it can be restored when the sac has seen it's days.  Has a new sac, and ready for a new home. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm grid 90 gsm Clairefontaine paper. Measurements: 13cm capped, 16.7cm posted, and 12cm unposted.
