[SOLD]Waterman 3 Grey/Brown Marble
A beautiful full size Waterman 3 in Grey/Brown Marble. These Waterman 3's are always quite impressive. They have beautiful celluloid colors, and their flat ends make for quite an appealing look. Imprints on this one are deep/crisp. Chrome trim on lever and cap band is very good. The cap is missing it's clip, but there is a inner cap to prevent the nib from drying out. Threads are excellent and the cap screws on/off smooth and snug. The nib is the original Waterman's Ideal #2 14k gold nib. It is flexible and writes from a XF/F to BB+. I think I have a bad batch of ink while doing the writing samples, because I had major feathering with multiple pens. So I'm certain it is not because of this pen. If anyone wants I can re-do the writing sample with another ink to prove this. I just didn't go ahead and re-do them because I have to get ready for dinner, and on a time crunch. Thoroughly cleaned and restored. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm grid 90 gsm Clairefontaine paper. Measurements: cm capped, 13cm posted, and 12.2cm unposted.
