[SOLD]Waterman 12 1/2v PSF Black Chased Hard Rubber

This is a very rare and old Waterman 12 1/2v PSF. A predecessor to the infamous 52 series. The chasing is good on the cap and slightly worn on the barrel, but still present and visible. The cap has a nicely decorated gold filled cap band with a floral pattern. Unfortunately is has been engraved with "VT" in a script style. Still doesn't detract from the pen's overall beauty. The hard rubber has oxidized evenly to a brown. Imprints are superb and is crisp. The model imprint on the butt end still has some original red paint left. Ideal lever is excellent shape with almostn o brassing at all. The lever box has noticeable wear. Pen is completely original with the much sought after Waterman's Ideal New York #2 14k gold nib. Writes a Fine line unflexed, and flexes to BB+/BBB. Nice flow, and a smooth writer with that vintage flex that is such a joy to use. Has a new sac, and ready for a new home. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements for the pen are: 11cm capped, 14cm posted, and 10.5cm unposted.
