[SOLD]Waterman 52 1/2v Smooth Black Hard Rubber
These smaller sized pens are really the little train that could! They post to a useable size, but when capped stay small to be easily carried. This pen was originally a ringtop, but the ring is missing. These is no damage to the top of the cap fortunately. The cap band is beautiful yet functional to provide protection from splits on the cap lip. Cap band is in perfect condition, and the lever shows a little bit of wear. Lever works perfectly drawing/expelling ink. The beauty of the pen is in the nib. A beautiful solid 14k gold Waterman Ideal nib matched with a perfect hard rubber feed thath as been heat set for superb ink delivery. Imprints are deep and crisp although my photos don't show the bottom portion well they are just as detailed and deep as the top portion. Model imprint on butt end is deep and legible. Section has a tiny divot on the surface. No cracks, other gouges, or bite marks. All in all a beautiful vintage flex pen. Has a new sac, and ready for a new home. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements: 11cm capped, 14.2cm posted, and 10.2cm unposted.
