[SOLD]Morrison Red Hard Rubber Ringtop Boxed Set $105

[SOLD]Morrison Red Hard Rubber Ringtop Boxed Set

Very nice Morrison Boxed Ringtop Set in pristine condition RHR. Box is in good condition with 3 tiny spots missing the faux leather veneer. Structurally sound and functions perfectly. Will make a great display piece for collectors. The pen has a beautiful 18kt 1/20th gold filled cap band that has a mirror like finish. The lever is highly detailed with Morrison's logo. Imprints are very good, but a little faded on the bottom portion(check pics). Original 14k gold Morrison's #4 nib is semi-flex and writes from a Fine/Medium to BB+. Smooth and elegant writer. The RHR on both pieces show ZERO DISCOLORATION. A very nice set perfect for a collector or someone that wants a pristine vintage writing instrument. Pen is short, but full thickness and even chunky compared to similar sized ringtop or vest pocket pens. Can be posted to be in a useable length. Pencil works and extends and retracts lead properly. There is a small gap on the ringtop of the pencil to the barrel. Not sure if it comes off to hold lead like the gold filled Wahl Eversharp pencils, so I don't want to force it. No cracks, chips, or bite marks. Pen is in pristine condition considering its age. Has a new sac, and ready for a new home. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements for the pen are: 9.6cm capped, 12.2cm posted, and 8.7cm unposted. Pencil measures 9cm without including the ring.
