[SOLD]Sheaffer Balance Mother of Pearl

I have a full length slender model here in fair/good condition. This is the very sought after Ebonized Pearl model with specks of mother of pearl effect on a nice black body. Judging by the clip design this pen is from 1934/1935. It is a beautiful looking pen with some trim wear on the bands, lever, and ball of the clip. Pen functions well, and writes as good as it looks. The nib is firm with a little bit of give for a nice writing experience. Writes from a XF and with heavy pressure can achieve a Broad line. There are some light bite marks towards the top of the cap. Imprints are superb and crisp. Writing sample is done on .5cm grid 90 gsm Clairefontaine paper. Measurements: 13.5cm capped, 15cm posted, and 11.45cm unposted.
