[SOLD]Conway Stewart 93 Blue Herringbone

Conway Stewart's famous Herringbone pens are highly collectible because of its awesome finish and its rarity. The only finish I can think of that would top the Herringbone designs are the Cracked Ice. But to get one of those can be close four digits, and can easily exceed that depending on model and condition. Well here is a CS 93 in excellent condition that won't break the bank! The gold trim on the pen is excellent throughout. No brassing on the cap bands, clip, or the lever. Quite hard to find one in this condition! The imprints are superb and you can easily see "Conway 93 Made in England" on the barrel. Clip has good tension with CS logo. Cap jewel is intact, but missing its black finish in two spots. The 14k CS #4 nib writes with a F/M line that semi-flexes to BB. Its a smooth writer with some feedback. There are no cracks, chips, hairlines, or bite marks. The pen however does have one scratch near the butt end of the barrel which I could not capture. Has a new sac, and ready for a new home. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm light grid print on HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements for the pen are: 12.5cm capped, 15cm posted, and 11.5cm unposted.
