[SOLD]Conway Stewart 84 Green Marble/Gold Veined
This beautiful 84 with green marble and gold veins is quite the looker. There is a little bit of discoloration on the cap, but does not detract from the overall beauty. The pen makes me think of a Chameleon with the beautiful shades of green. A bit of brassing on the cap band which has been highlighted in the close up pictures. Clip has good tension with the beautiful "CS" motif on top of the clip. The lever has the logo worn out, but functions flawlessly drawing/expelling ink. Threads are crisp, and the cap screws on smooth/snug. The original Conway Stewart 14k gold nib writes beautifully with a bit of flex for line variation. The nib currently has just a tiny touch of Obliqueness to it, but I can remove it if you're a lefty and would like the point to be a regular nib. Writes from a Fine to BB+. Writing sample is done on .5cm grid 90 gsm Clairefontaine paper. Measurements: 11.9cm capped, 14cm posted, and 10.6cm unposted.
