[SOLD]Waterman 503 in Grey Marble
Have a very nice vintage Waterman 503 in Grey Marble made in England. Most 503s came in solid colors like black, blue, green, etc. While the Grey Marble is a little more rare. These are fantastic writers. The one I have for sale has excellent tipping material, and writes very smooth. It shades nicely with its original Waterman W-2A nib. Nib is semi-flex and writes from a F/M to Broad+. Imprints are fantastic! The gold trim has minor wear here and there, but looks very good overall. Clips has lots of spring, and works like it did when it was first made. Threads are perfect, and cap screws on/off smoothly. The body is flawless with very few microscratches. This pen has been preserved really well. Fitted with a new sac, and ready for a new home. Please check pics for a better description. Writing sample is done on .5cm dotted HP 24lb laserjet paper. Measurements are: 13cm capped, 15.1cm posted, and 11.5cm unposted.
Please check my FPN profile for sale history since I ask previous buyers to leave feedback there. And also check out my blog which shows inventory of what I have available.
