[SOLD]Waterman 512v Silver/Grey Marble $65

[SOLD]
Waterman 512v Silver/Grey Marble

A vintage 512 vest pocket model made in the 1940's. This silver/grey marble design is suitable for all situations while being elegant and classical. All the hardware is in very good to excellent condition. Clip and cap bands are shiny with no brassing. The lever is shiny with no brassing, and works flawlessly. The cap tassie has some oxidation, but does not detract from the pen. Fitted with a new sac, this pen is ready to go to its new owner. The nib is original "Waterman's 14CT England 2A" in a medium that flexes to a generous broad. This pen is considered a generous semi-flex. The pic of the tines flexing is with VERY little pressure, it can flex more than that, but keep in mind this is a semi flex, and not a superflex or wet noodle. Would make a great daily writer. Threads lock up like a bank vault, and are very smooth during screwing/unscrewing of the cap. There is a single scratch or bite mark near the barrel end. Imprints are are very deep, and probably look the same since day one, that is how good the imprints look. Please check pics for better description, and a writing sample for writing capabilities.
