[SOLD]Waterman Thorobred
Beautiful full size Waterman Thorobred in Excellent condition. The only negative on this pen is the ink stain on the barrel behind the threads. Imprints are superb and crisp. Threads are crisp, and cap screws on smooth/snug. Chrome trim is excellent throughout. Clip has superb tension. The finish is a beautiful grey marble with red rays. Pen is all original including the 14k gold Waterman's Ideal heart shaped breather hole nib. It writes beautifully from a Medium to BBB with excellent flow. Would make a great all around pen for daily writing or fancy lettering. No cracks, chips, or bite marks. Writing sample is done on .5cm grid 90 gsm Clairefontaine paper. Measurements: 12cm capped, 16cm posted, and 12cm unposted.
