[SOLD]Waterman 52 Brown Chased Hard Rubber

A nice full size 52 with slightly oxidized hard rubber, but even. Rubber has faded a bit to a very dark brown. The clip is originally clipless and doesn't have the two rivet holes if it were missing a clip. The chasing is superb on this one, very detailed and crisp. The imprints are full although not the deepest they are easily seen with the naked eye. Lever is nicely detailed and works like a charm. There are scratches on the butt end side of the barrel and the model number has a "X" scratch. Not sure why anyone would purposely try to scratch out the model number, but it is a cosmetic fault although the rest of the pen is in very good condition. The pen is all original including its beautiful Waterman's Ideal 14k gold nib that flexes beautifully from Fine/Medium to BBB with beautiful shading. No cracks, chips, or bite marks, but does have a few scratches on the rear of the barrel. Writing sample is done on .5cm grid 90 gsm Clairefontaine paper. Measurements: 13.5cm capped, 16.7cm posted, and 12.9cm unposted.
